I haven't posted in a while because somebody used their genius for evil. Our computer was infected, rather badly, with a virus. It makes me ask the question, "Why do people do this"?
I've never understood why people do bad things. I know the whole "fallen world" thing, but it seems like life would be easier for everyone if we just decided to do all good things. You know, like help old ladies cross the street, turn a good deed for a complete stranger, pay for someone's meal - the whole random acts of kindness stuff.
Even if you chose not to necessarily help everyone, but just decided not to do bad stuff, then the world would be better, right? So if you're about to pull someone's hair or cut someone off in traffic or take your 30 items into the 15 items or less line at the grocery store - DON'T. And if you mess up, just apologize, don't make excuses because you're embarrassed.
Life is too short and time is fleeting and (fill in your own trite expression here:_________________)! So not a parental or typical DallasDaddy blog today. Just a request for you to be kind and generous rather than mean and selfish.
Remember, everything you needed to learn, you learned when you were 5 years old. So, be nice or I'll send you a virus-laden email!!
